About Us / Contact Us
Worship Catalyst is a
ministry that identifies, coaches and disciples worship leaders and other
creative artists in primarily newer churches, helping those churches become as
effective as possible at reaching their communities for Christ. In four years
of activity, Worship Catalyst has served over 50 churches in Arizona and Las
Vegas through various stages of their worship team development. There is
no cost or fee for the church plant receiving help.

Can Worship Catalyst help my church?
Yes! We would love to help you with your church.
At the current time, Worship Catalyst operates in the state of Arizona and in
and around Las Vegas, Nevada. There are other cities and regions being
designed now. If you are in one of those regions, please email Austin and we will start to assess your needs. If you are NOT in one
of these regions, please contact us anyway. We can be available
for weekend retreats or one-time training almost anywhere.
What are some examples of how Worship Catalyst can help
my church?
Worship Catalyst works in 3 different realms: Training,
Discipleship and Team Development. The areas of training include
instruments, vocals, drama , worship planning, worship leading and
technology. As for discipleship, we have a 7-week discipleship and
training process called Worship Leader Essentials that we can coach your
leaders/teams through. In team development, we can partner with you in
building a band and other arts teams that your new church needs. If you
already have a team forming, we can help your team get better. There is
no real time table for any of these events. We want to partner with you
to help your church reach more people for Christ. Sometimes we may need
to just consult or give some advice or we might walk with you for a year or
more.
Does Worship Catalyst help with existing (established)
churches as well?
Yes. This investment is typically limited however to
one time seminars and short seasons of assessment, discipleship and team
development. Most of our energy and effort is placed into new churches.
Does Worship Catalyst just help musicians?
No. Worship Catalyst also helps in the areas of
vocals, drama, worship planning and worship leading.
Can my city have a Worship Catalyst hub?
Absolutely! We would love to come to your city or
region and set up a Worship Catalyst Hub. We would only need a few
willing people and an mission minded church. Please contact Austin
if you are interested in bringing Worship Catalyst to your city.
How does Worship Catalyst do this for free?
