Are you a worship leader? Did you say NO? Let me re-define that for you.
Worship leaders, as I will define it here, help connect people to God during a church gathering. They can be singers or instrumentalists, actors or actresses, technologists, painters, video editors, pastors, teachers, worship planners or many other things. Now...are you a worship leader? If you are, then you, like me, are taking people on a journey week after week.
There are many traditions and expressions of what this journey looks like based on culture and church history, but there are a few things that are essential to what we do. Welcome to Worship Leader Essentials. This is a 27 day/7 week experience to help you get better at what you do whether it be sing, play, act, direct, create, or anything else to point people toward God.
Here's how it works: 4 days per week you watch a 4-7 minute video (links below) and then download the attached PDF for that day and work your way through some reading and questions. One day per week you need to meet with a coach. If you need a coach, please email Austin@austinryan.com and a coach will be provided for you either in your area or on the phone. It is instructional. It is devotional. Seven weeks later, you and your team will be more equipped to connect people to God.
